Our founding attorneys, Robert A. Prousalis and John N. Attorney Prousalis was admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1998 after graduating from Northeastern University with Honors in 1995 with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. After obtaining his law degree from Suffolk University Law School with Honors in 1998, Mr. Prousalis focused his practice in the areas of residential real estate law, elder law, divorce and bankruptcy. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, National Association of Elder Law Attorneys, American Bankruptcy Institute and Real Estate Bar Association.
Attorney Papantonakis was admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1998 after receiving an undergraduate degree from Boston University in 1995 with Honors, and his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in 1998 while earning multiple honors in legal writing and drafting. He concentrates his practice in the area of real estate law.
Attorney Martignetti was admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2003 after receiving a B.A. in Political Science from Boston College in 1999 and his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in 2003. He has represented some of the nation’s largest lenders in the conveyance of residential real estate and has significant experience curing complex title defects.
